  • 2 Garlic Cloves

  • 1 Onion (large)
  • 90g Parmesan Cheese
  • Unsalted Butter
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 400g Italian rice Rice
  • 2 Wine Glasses of Dry White vino or Dry wine


Step 1
