  • 1.1 litres of Stock (chicken, vegetable or fish)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 head of Celery
  • 1 Onion (large)
  • 90g Parmesan Cheese
  • Unsalted Butter
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 400g Italian rice Rice
  • 2 Wine Glasses of Dry White vino or Dry wine

Method

Step 1

In a huge pot heat the stock. Finely shredded garlic, onion. celery and grated Parmesan Cheese.

Step 2

Using another pan, over low heat, place the vegetable oil and butter. Add the shredded ingredients. Cook for quarter-hour or till the onions and garlic area unit softened.
